RULES & SMALL PRINT
- Jukebox competitions are only open to mailing list members. Non-members are permitted to enter compositions, but in doing so the entrant agrees to subscribe. Once an entry is received the email address used will be added to the newsletter distribution list automatically and a welcome email will be sent. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time but will not be eligible to win the competition if they do so during the entry period of the competition. Please read all instructions carefully.
- Jukebox CD/merchandise competitions are open to all subscribers World wide. However, we ask that non-UK residents pay the postage costs of sending prizes.
- Jukebox gig ticket competitions will only be open to residents of the country in which the gig in question will take place. This will almost always be the UK.
- Winners will be notified by email and their names will appear in the first newsletter to be published following the closing of the competition. Winners may elect to remain anonymous or use a pseudonym/nickname. Winners may also request that their location not be published. If you fail to reply to the notification email before the Wednesday after the closing of the competition you automatically give your permission for the publication of your name and country.
- Prizes must be claimed within three weeks of receipt of the notification email. Prizes unclaimed within this time will be forfeit.
- Emails in any language other than English will be ignored. We do not speak any other languages and cannot read messages in anything but English.
- Please do not include your postal address in your entry emails. It is against the Data Protection Act for us to store your address until you have won and we have a reason to require it. Your entry may be deleted if you include your address.
- Only one entry per email address per competition permitted. Duplicate entries will be deleted.
